Support Escalation Matrix

We understand that sometimes issues may arise that require further attention. To ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently, we have established a support escalation matrix with three levels of escalation:

  1. Level 1 – Customer Support: If you have any questions or face any issues with your Eff4 ceiling fan, our customer support team will be your first point of contact. They are trained to assist you with troubleshooting, general inquiries, and provide guidance on product usage.
  2. Level 2 – Grievances: In the event that your concern is not adequately addressed or resolved within 7 days of your initial complaint, you can escalate the matter to our Grievances team by emailing grievances@eff4.in. They will review your case and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution.
  3. Level 3 – Nodal Officer: If your issue remains unresolved or unanswered for a period of 30 days from the date of escalation to the Grievances team, you can further escalate it to our Nodal Officer by contacting nodal@eff4.in. The Nodal Officer will personally oversee your case and take appropriate actions to ensure a fair resolution.
